COWORKING St. GABRIEL
The subject of the presented interior design is coworking offices in the space of the former school in the St. Gabriel Monastery in Prague. The space has a large amount of natural light, a small number of vertical support structures inside the layout, and the possibility of connecting up to three floors. Inside, a staircase will be created so that the coworking space can be completely separated and the separation can be maintained during the operation of the hotel that will occupy the rest of the complex.Access will be provided via a footbridge by removing the sill of one of the window openings.
The coworking space will provide approximately 60 workstations, two meeting rooms, sanitary facilities, and a kitchen per floor. The workspaces will be available for lease in several price ranges depending on privacy and size of space - from shared workspaces loosely connected to the communal areas (first floor) to self-contained offices (second floor). On each floor, there is a corner for printing and assembly. On the first floor, a terrace will be created, divided into a working and relaxation area. These will be separated by flowerbeds with tall ornamental grasses. The terrace is connected to the larger of the upstairs kitchens.
The walls are finished with fine white plaster. The floors of the interior space have a concrete screed as a finish. The floor of the terrace is made of grooved planks of solid wood.

The furniture has been selected with a preference for Czech manufacturers. The armchairs, sofas, and dining chairs are from the firm TON. Garden furniture and armchairs for meeting rooms are from the Danish company Hay. The work tables are made of laminate boards with wooden decor.

The stairs of new staircase have a wooden finish and a solid, white lacquered metal railing with a wooden handrail.

The lighting consists of the Hypro system (with the possibility of fitting fluorescent lamps, hanging lights, etc.) from the Austrian firm Prolicht.

The sanitary facilities consist of cubicles not divided by gender. The walls and floors are fitted with large-format ceramic tiles with grey decor.

COWORKING sv. GABRIEL
Předmětem předkládaného interiérového návrhu jsou coworkingové kanceláře  v prostoru bývalé školy v klášteře sv. Gabriela v Praze. Prostor disponuje velkým množstvím přirozeného světla, malým množstvím svislých nosných konstrukcí uvnitř dispozice a možností propojení až tří podlaží. Uvnitř vznikne schodiště, aby bylo možné coworking zcela oddělit a případně zachovat i v době provozu budoucího hotelu. Přístup bude zajištěn přes lávku odstraněním parapetu okenního otvoru.
Coworking poskytne přibližně 60 pracovních míst, dvě zasedací místnosti, hygienické zázemí a kuchyňku na patro. Pracovní místa budou k pronájmu v několika cenových kategoriích podle soukromí a rozměrů plochy - od společných pracovních prostor volně spojených se společenskými prostory (2.np) po samostatné kanceláře (3.np). Na každém patře se nachází koutek pro tisk a kompletaci. V úrovni 2.np vznikne terasa rozdělená na pracovní a odpočinkovou část. Tyto budou odděleny květníky s vysokými okrasnými travinami. Na terasu navazuje větší z patrových kuchyněk.

Stěny jsou opatřeny jemnými bílými omítkami. Podlahy vnitřního prostoru mají betonovou stěrku jako povrchovou úpravu. Podlahu terasy tvoří drážkovaná prkna z dřevěného masivu.

Nábytek byl vybrán s upřednostněním českých výrobců. Křesla, pohovky a jídelní židle jsou od firmy TON. Zahradní nábytek a křesílka do zasedacích místností od dánské firmy Hay. Pracovní stoly jsou tvořeny laminátovými deskami s dřevěným dekorem.

Schody nového schodiště mají dřevěnou povrchovou úpravu a plné, bíle lakované kovové zábradlí s dřevěným madlem.

Osvětlení tvoří systém Hypro (s možností osazení zářivkami, zavěšenými světly apod.) od rakouské firmy Prolicht.

Hygienické zázemí tvoří kabiny nedělené dle pohlaví. Stěny a podlahy jsou opatřeny velkoformátovým keramickým obkladem s šedým dekorem.
